As you might have noticed on the news, there was an earthquake on Sumatra. The magnitude was higher than the one that hit Yogyakarta last year and killed over 5000. This earthquake, far away from where I live, was 50km or so from Padang. The extent of the damage is yet unknown as electricty and telecom networks are not functioning yet.
I must now head off to two grueling days off work. Cheers.
