an entry somewhere else

Today, there were a few students in the street, not obstructing traffic, with bullhorn. As the taxi pulled into the campus, I saw a group of students in front of the Rektor’s (university president) building. A tire was already burning amid chanting students. Apparently, they were rallying to have some administrative paperwork completed that was supposed to be done at the end of semester in February.
