Seeing Straight.

Come one, come all! It is the amazing technical advances of the world that enhance your physical aesthetics. No longer will you have those forced-upon fashion accesories; no longer will you have to bear a foggy vision.

OK, the post-op exam was good; the day-after exam was good. I now have 20/20 in my right eye and 20/15 in my left. I am told this is great considering it is the day after. I am also told my vision might sharpen up even more. One more exam in a week and I shall be pronounced ‘normal’! Now, I get to bend the paths of the Kafka-esque lines of the DMV in order to retract the “Corrective Lens” provision of my license. I do need to have something to do.

Very good. My computer is now waiting in Traverse City’s DHL office. Apparently, it arrived in CA on Friday afternoon and was service the next day. That’s a lot better than the crappy Computer Haus in Traverse City who held my baby hostage for over two weeks. I’m looking forward to putting the CDs I have bought into my iTunes and burning up some CDs for my friends who have iPods but little music to show for it.

Off to the movie theater with my brother. It’s our 800th bonding adventure for this week alone. Maybe I’ll even get him to cut my hair today.

    Anonymous,
If I had the money, I would surely pass it on to you. As for now, I must pay for those oodles of $$$ that I foolishly used to pay for higher education!
