Simmering

A whirlwind tour of NYC and Washington, DC yielded no photos. I think I’m just tired of taking photos of all the normal things. Of course, my favorite object of photography, myself, never gets old. Alack, I didn’t take any pictures of myself either.

Today, I will have LASIK eye surgery. Apparently, I have a good chance of not needing glasses for distances after this. I’ll hold my breath, you hold yours, and we’ll get this done right.

Tony, it was a good trip. Finally got myself a digital camera—a mere 3 megapixels. Still, good enough for a wart like me. Sorry we couldn’t hang out more. Well, what can I say. I’m a shit. Anyhow, it was good to see you and at least the books I sent will be moving along to better scenery.
