Success is in the making. Or, at least, more travel. I’m currently in New York City meeting up with friends, if only for a few hours. I’ll be leaving tomorrow afternoon for DC and then flying back to Detroit. It all sounds nomadic but is really cathartic. Anyhow, I have to return to DC 24Aug for ‘orientation.’ It is more of a free trip to visit more friends. I’ll meet up with the boys from Indonesia, and I’m sure the newbies will have a few questions.
Oddly, I was in DC for four days and hadn’t taken a picture. I just wandered and soaked up some sun, slept on the mall. A pleasant vacation to say the least. Now, I’m in a cramped NYC apartment using the internet provided by a neighbor while my exercise addicted host does her daily regimen.
Back to Michigan on Monday… LASIK surgery on Friday. Rest the rest of the month.
