Oh, the pains of mine! I have reclaimed the iBook of mine after a little scuffle in my mind. I called the repair shop checking up on my computer & some ‘loophole’ in their system didn’t flag the repair guy to tell him thee part I wanted wouldn’t be shipped. My phone call started things moving and they figured out they had to order the superdrive from a third-party vendor. This will take a week; I took my computer back until the part comes in. I’ve got another week setback on my damn computer. I was entirely meaning to give them a piece of my mind but my ‘nice guy’ attitude beat my ‘pissed off’ attitude. On the other hand, I could have said, “Is this Indonesia? or the US? because you’re acting like a flaming imbecile with no regards to customer service.”
This is the lameness that I contend with in my homeland.
